Irene K. Bock, nee Knaperek, age 93, passed away peacefully from this earth on October 24, 2014. Loving mother of Dawn (Allan) Stec; Cherished grandmother of John (Bridget), Michael, Anthony, and Ashley; Caring sister of Margaret (Bill); Adored aunt and great-aunt to many. Irene was and will always be loved by many. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and also by her parents and many siblings. Irene was going to be a perfect great-grandmother. Funeral Mass is on Tuesday, October 28, at 10:00 A.M., and will be at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 2220 Lisson Rd, Naperville, IL 60565. Prayers will be at 9:15 A.M. also on Tuesday at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln, Lisle, IL 60532. Visitation will be on Monday, October 27, from 3-9 P.M. also at the Funeral Home. Interment St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.
