

William E. Fallon, of DeKalb, Illinois, died Sunday, November 5, 2017, at his home.
Born September 21, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of Robert and Helen (Campbell) Fallon.
William was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was employed as an ironworker for 45 years with Iron Worker’s Local #1 in Chicago.
He is survived by his daughters, Apryl (Ray) Fallon of Bedford Park, Illinois, Lurana (Gene) Gutierrez; his sons, Vincent Fallon of Bedford Park, Jon (Joni) Joyner; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; his brother, Kenneth Fallon of Oak Park, Illinois; one nephew and two nieces; and his partner Haley of DeKalb.
He was preceded in death by his son William Earl Fallon II; his brothers, Karl and Robert; and his parents.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Anderson Funeral Home in DeKalb.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2017 at Cypress Funeral Home in Glendale Heights.
The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Cypress Funeral Home, 1698 Bloomingdale Road, Glendale Heights. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois, with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the William E. Fallon Memorial Fund, addressed to the Fallon Family in care of Anderson Funeral Home, Ltd., P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
