at Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora. He is survived by his fiancé Mariya, sons
Lawrence and William, ex wife Shirley Romano, grandchildren Ryann, Erin,
Thomas and Caitlin, sisters Barbara Volverding, Bonnie Kist, and a brother
Dan Wahl. His kindness, generosity, and humor were an inspiration and will
be missed by those who knew him. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday,
March 27, 2010, 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Emblem Cemetery Mausoleum, 520 East
Grand Avenue, Elmhurst. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the
