Lesley Joanne Powell, 56, of Little Rock was born October 13, 1959 in Kittery, Maine, and passed away on April 4, 2016 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents Leslie J. Powell and Joan M. Westbrook Powell and a brother David R. Powell. She is survived by her sister Margaret Dorene Harris (husband Edward) of Little Rock and her brother James W. Powell (wife Yong Hui Powell) of Navarre, Florida. Other survivors include nieces Laura Powell, Kimberly Powell, Tammy Powell and nephew James Powell. She worked for the State of Arkansas since 1977, most recently as an accountant for UAMS. She was of the Methodist faith. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 12:30 PM followed by funeral service at 1:30 PM at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 West 12th. Street in Little Rock.
