Phyllis is survived by her husband of 60 years, Steve Farley, her daughter Fonda Crochet, her grand-daughter Breeon Neal, her grandson Gerald Crochet, and her sister Ann Edgy. Phyllis had a host of friends during her time here.
While we are devastated by the loss of our beloved Phyllis, we take comfort in knowing she is free from suffering with her battle against breast cancer and is now with her daughter Heather, who we lost to cancer in 2022.
A private family service will be held.
