Born on October 25, 1934, in New York City to Murray and Rose Rabbino. Bernard grew up with his sister, Irma. He went on to graduate from New York University and built a career rooted in dedication and family values. For three decades, he worked at Charles Greenberg and Sons, the family shirt business, and later established himself in insurance and financial planning. A lifelong learner, Bernard’s love of education never waned—he was a devoted student at Seton Hall University for more than 15 years, continuing to attend classes up until this semester.
Bernard was the cherished husband of Tina Rabbino for over 65 years and the devoted father of Caren Rabbino, Leslie and Eric Fishbein, Peter and Keren Rabbino and Jill Rabbino. He was the proud grandfather of Jake, Rachel and Matthew, Sarah, Ella, Chloe, Tali, Eden and Gali, Anna and Leo, and the adoring great-grandfather of Mason.
He will be remembered for his devotion to family, his commitment to learning, and his enduring sense of gratitude for the blessings of his life.
