Jason was a terrific person, a true Professional who never seemed to lose sight of what mattered in life. He was dedicated to his Profession but His Family was his real passion and something that He loved to talk about. We went on a few business trips, of which the major details are a blur but I do remember how much the Family loved Disney and how Music was a big part of  life in the Friedman Household. 
A Beautiful service that happened too soon. 
May the Peace of the Lord comfort All who were Blessed to have crossed paths with Jason.

I’ve known Jason since our early 20s.  From the beginning, there was a fun spark between Sheri and Jason.  I loved watching their relationship evolve.  Their wedding was a gorgeous event, and I was so proud to be in their bridal party. I loved when the two of them sang to each other. They supported each other through job changes, several moves, countless Halloween parties, and we all celebrated the births of their three children.  I’ve loved watching them raise their family and accomplish their dreams.  Jason did it all with ease, charm and dramatic flair.  He made everyone believe the impossible was possible.  He accomplished so much with his education, career, marriage and family.  I will miss his friendship, his sense of humor, his belief that anything is possible.  I’m grateful to have shared in his life.  I hope there is a heaven and that I get to meet him there to play blackjack or a video game or just to tell him how much he meant to me. Dear Sheri, Jared, Lily and. Rose,

Jason was someone we greatly admired.  We know he was a wonderful husband and father. Truly, we'll miss knowing he's in our world.  Both of us send you our deepest condolences. May Jason rest peacefully and may all of you find solace in your memories of him.

What a shock to us all. We were blessed to come to know and love Jason during his high school years. His energy and talents were awesome. We joyfully followed his and Sheri's life and the growth of their family. We saw their hard work and their pride in their careers and their lives as parent.

Sheri,   you are always in a special place in my mind and heart. Your smile, beauty, kindness, intelligence, and enthusiasm enhanced my days at Cherry Hill East Cable 18 and Broadcasting and through these years.

This is beyond heartbreaking. Jason was an amazing person and the most loyal childhood friend anyone could ask for. I have too many amazing memories of him, his wonderful parents and sister, and family to count. My thoughts are with all of you and please let me know if there is anything at all that we can do.

Jason will be missed by a great number of people whose lives he indelibly marked. Mine is one. He was kind; he was opinionated (politely); he was ever so inquisitive; and he was generous. He was remarkably beautiful.

I didn’t know Jason personally, only of him from a mutual friend. To that friend, Jason was pivotal a character in their life. Held in the highest regard and revered for his impact on those around him. A titan in his own right and the kind of man whose reputation preceded him. As I understand Jason, the world was blessed to have had him. 

To Jason, may he rest in peace.

Jason helped to found Speak of the Devil, a community that provided me, and hundreds of other 20-something singing jokesters, with the space to grow as artists and as people over the last 30+ years. During those reunion weekends, tailgates, and logistic-ing for our rendition of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” when we were able to connect, Jason was one of the godfathers, a generous mentor to all of us who clearly deeply cared about every new member, and was always willing to “own the cheese” alongside us. May his memory be a sweet blessing.
