He was born in the Bronx, lived in Monroe NY, but resided in South Orange, Short Hills, Cedar Grove, and most recently Livingston NJ for the past 3+ decades. Lenny’s passion was sales and spent much of his career with Etna Products and E. Mishan and Sons in Manhattan. He enjoyed watching the Yankees and was an avid viewer of The Classic Turner Network channel as he loved old movies.
He will be greatly missed and leaves behind his two sons, Michael and Marc Fichtel and their children, his brother Herbert, nephew Joseph and his wife Patti, step daughter Holly Graessle, husband Richard, Victoria and Josh. Also stepson Alan Markman, wife Paula, Tyler and Olivia. Stepson Carl Markman, wife Jill, Justine and Jake. May his memory be a blessing.
A graveside service for Leonard will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM at The Chapel at Short Hills, 451 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, New Jersey 07041.
