Phyllis was born and raised in the Bronx until the age of 10. She was a resident of New Jersey for 62 years where she raised her three children with her ex-husband, Robert Snyder, for 48 years.
Phyllis was an avid Yankee fan, loved the beach, going to Atlantic City for a girl’s weekend with friends and cousins, and spending quality time with family, especially her grandchildren with whom she shared her passion for cooking and baking.
Phyllis shall be fondly remembered by her children, Alyssa and Chris Lowell, Dean and Gloria Snyder, and Jaclyn and Robert Jay Varela, her grandchildren, Aidan Lowell, Rio and Enzo Snyder, Isabel, Samantha and Jonah Varela, and her brother Neal and Helaine Fishkin.
