A Classic Photo--No matter where we were, Ron and Bob always found a place to sit while Shelley and I did the sightseeing.

I was touched watching the service for Ron today.  My heart broke when Jeff called to tell me the sad news.  To the entire Karp family my deepest condolences.  Treasure your memories as I will treasure mine.

We send our heartfelt condolences to our beloved Karp family. We were touched by the beautiful service and words of Shelley, Jeff, Stacey, and Andrew. How proud Ron would have been of you all up there, and what a fitting tribute and honor you each gave to this wonderful man and loving husband, father, and Grampy. We will miss him dearly and send all our love to you.

Dear Shelley,
It is with such sadness that we heard the news of Ron’s passing. We had such a wonderful friendship when we lived in Berkeley Hgts for 8 years. Our gourmet dinner group and trips to New Yorks Papp theatre. We were able to see the service today which was so meaningful. What do they say about still waters running deep. That was Ron. He never commanded attention but always was attentive with a  bright and solid intellect. He was a lovely and kind man. My whole family sends their condolences to you and your family.

Dear Shelley,  We haven't known you and Ron for as long as many of your other friends, but we have gotten to know both of you a little over the last few years.  During that time we  grew to admire Ron for the man he was.   Our experiences were limited, however you could not help  but see all those assets spoken of at his eulogy.  Bob says the only fault he could find with Ron, is that he would lose a lot of tees.  Thank you for befriending us.  We will miss Ron.  May his memory be a blessing. Ron was one of the nicest men I have ever met.  He loved his wife and family so much.  As was evident at the funeral service, his family loved him very much in return.   
A beautiful service for a beautiful man who will be greatly missed.

We are so sorry we couldn't make the service.  I am sure you know how much we loved Ron, and all of the Karps.
We loved his intelligence, his calm demeanor, his logical approach to various issues, and his warmth and caring manner.
We will miss him dearly.

Ronnie was a special person who thought of others besides himself and his immediate family.  Because of that,  his loss is all the more painful for all that knew him and considered him a friend.  He will be sorely missed and will not be forgotten
