Antoinette Batshon, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and matriarch, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Born in 1938 in Ramallah, Palestine, to Farhan and Farha Zarou, she was raised in a close-knit family and carried those values throughout her life.

She was known for her warmth, hospitality, and love of cooking—always bringing family together around a full table. She took great pride in her Middle Eastern culture and found joy in entertaining, caring for others, and spending time with loved ones.
She was predeceased by her parents, Farhan and Farha Zarou; her siblings, Lucille Zarou, Basim Zarou, and Tony Zarou; her devoted husband, Albert Batshon; and her cherished daughter, Abeer Batshon.
She is survived by her sisters, Firial Zarou and Basima Khashan; her brother, Nader Zarou; her sons, Sammy and wife Julia Batshon, Ronnie and wife Randa Batshon; and her cherished grandchildren, Andrea, Stacey, Stephanie, Raven, Rachel, and AJ and great-granddaughter Ana Maria.
