He was the loving husband of Carol for 52 years. Beloved father of Amy (Daniel) Brody and Mike (Renae) Ventimiglia. Proud papa of Juliet, Joseph, Vivian, and Lydia.
In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in passing by his brothers, John and Robert.
Dave was the proud owner and operator of his trucking company for 15 years. He enjoyed muscle cars, watching baseball, and dog-sitting. Some of his family's most cherished memories were trips taken to Lake Michigan to watch the water and the sunset. Most importantly, he was an active father and grandfather who valued time with those he loved. Those closest to Dave were often reminded that anyone could succeed in this life by using common sense - “use what God gave you!"
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI, 48152, followed by a funeral service beginning at 3:00 pm.
