She was predeceased by her parents, Ted and Virginia Slowik. She is survived by her sisters, Kathy (Bob), Peggy (the late Frank), Lisa (Mike) and brother Dan (Bonnie), 8 nieces and nephews Karen (Terry), Bobby (Nicole), Brian (Beth), Frank (Monica), Katie (Justin), Kari (Nate), Kristen (Trey), and Steven (Ciara) and 10 great nieces and nephews.
She worked as a nurse for 43 years and retired in 2020. Her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews were her greatest joy. She doted on them and spoiled them all. She loved casino trips, plays and luncheons. She loved traveling and spending time with family and friends. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed
Visitation will take place at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, located at 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, 48152, on February 5, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The Funeral In State will be held at St Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church, 16101 Rotunda Dr, Dearborn, MI, on February 6, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
