

Emilian Wojtowycz was born in the Ukraine under Polish rule on April 11, 1923 to Wasyl and Maria Wojtowycz. He was one of 14 children. Emilian passed away peacefully in Farmington Hills, Michigan on February 1, 2016 at the age of 92.
Emilian was the beloved husband of Anna. Loving father of Elizabeth Wojtowycz, Christine Wojtowycz, and Emilian Christopher Wojtowycz. Dear grandfather of Vanessa Wojtowycz. He is also survived by his former wife, and mother of his three children, Stefanie McKinney.
Emilian was a successful Barber until he retired. He had a passion for cars, and especially loved his baby blue Thunderbird.
Emilian's wife Anna is thankful to him for introducing her to the Bible and for the wonderful words he spoke about God. it was interesting to live together with Emilian because he spoke 8 languages and knew about the culture of those countries. Emilian generously shared his knowledge with Anna, they spent lots of evenings that way. Anna is also thankful to Emilian for being a good husband.
The family will receive guests beginning at 12:00pm on Thursday, February 4, 2016. There will be a Funeral Service at 1:00pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile, (East of I-275 and Newburgh Roads) Livonia, MI 48152. The Funeral Service will be led by Father Henry Roodbeen.
Emilian Will be laid to rest with Committal Prayers, in Detroit Memorial Park West Cemetery, Redford, Michigan.
