A proud veteran of the Greatest Generation, he carried the weight of history with quiet dignity and steadfast resolve. For over thirty years, he served in the finance department at Ford Motor Company—a steady hand in a rapidly changing world, devoted to integrity and service.
At Ford, he met his beloved Francesca—a simple, honest love that endured through life’s seasons, even as she preceded him in death. He is survived by his three children: David; Pamela (Joe); and Lisa (Jeff). His family also includes five cherished grandchildren—Avery, Alexandra, Cameron, Reese, and Landon—as well as over a hundred nieces and nephews, each touched by his generous spirit and unwavering commitment to family.
Frederick found solace in the simple pleasures of life, including his love of sailing, which offered him moments of quiet reflection and rejuvenation. Out on the water, his calm was as steady as the tranquil sea—unchanged even when storms roared around him. Like a skilled captain navigating rough waters with quiet assurance, Frederick met life's challenges with unwavering serenity that inspired all who knew him.
We remember Frederick for his gentle humor, his clear, discerning eyes, and his unshakeable positivity—a man whose life was a testament to the enduring values of a bygone era. His legacy stands as a beacon on a calm shore, inspiring all who knew him to live with quiet dignity and hope for tomorrow.
A visitation will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
