Helen Peters, born November 16, 1938, in Acrita, Greece, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Carl and a devoted mother to George (Scot) and Daniel (Marla). Helen was a proud and loving grandmother to Nicholas and Katerina, cherishing every moment with them.
Helen’s life was a testament to love, strength, and dedication to her family. She carried with her the rich traditions of her Greek heritage, sharing them with those she loved. Her warmth, kindness, and generosity touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
In addition to her parents, Atanas and Ilinka (Terkalis) Opassinis, Helen was preceded in death by her sisters, Tina and Pauline, and her brother, George. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.
