Preceded in death by his father, James E. Meredith and sister, Paulette Benner. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years, Sally; children Mary Beth (Mario) DeLeon, Joseph and Rebekah; mother Norma Jean; siblings Timothy (Marsha), Marie and John; grandchildren Zoe and Justin; numerous much loved nieces and nephews.
James graduated from Pontiac Central High School and began his life-long career as a printer shortly thereafter. He worked at several printing companies locally over the last 31 years and was loved and respected by co-workers.
Visitation will be held Monday July 9th from 3-9pm at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home in Livonia. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 10th at the Highland Park Baptist Church in Southfield with In State from 10:30am until the time of Service at 11am. Pastor Gordon Ainsworth will be officiating.
