

Marvin Lee Diroff, of Plymouth, Michigan, formerly a longtime resident of Dearborn, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the age of 94. Born on October 13, 1930, in Dearborn, Marvin lived a life full of love and adventure.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Helena (Roe) Diroff, his sister Virginia Scherff, and his step-son Stephen Bridge. Marvin is survived by his devoted wife, Pauline Diroff; his children: Mark (Irene), Tom (Sue), Jim (Lisa), Peggy, and Kay, step-sons: Kenneth (Jane) Bridge, and Patrick (Tana) Bridge. He was a proud grandfather of 15 and a great-grandfather of 10, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Marvin served from 1952 to 1955. He had a passion for the outdoors and loved playing cards, tennis, and table tennis. Most importantly, Marvin treasured the time spent with his family, particularly his grandchildren, creating lasting bonds and joyful memories.
Marvin's family will receive visitors from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. Another half hour of gathering time will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 10:00 am until the time of Marvin's Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N. Haggerty Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170. A burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Monroe, Michigan.
