With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Nadia, who departed from this world on May 12, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength. She was 75 years young.

As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, she touched the hearts of many with her boundless compassion and nurturing spirit. Her unconditional love knew no bounds and she selflessly devoted herself to the happiness and well-being of her family.
In 1971, she married Demitry and moved to Michigan, where she created a bountiful life for her family. She and Demitry owned businesses together and she also worked as a real estate agent for several years.
Throughout her life, Nadia was a pillar of strength, facing life's challenges with grace and resilience. Her unwavering optimism and determination inspired those around her, serving as a guiding light even in the darkest of times. She was a warrior, beating Ovarian Cancer 4 times over 7 years and endured countless days of chemotherapy. Her boundless love and wisdom were a source of comfort and guidance for all who knew her.
Nadia had a passion for life that was infectious. Whether she was cooking for her family on Sundays, tending to her flowers, or simply spending time with her loved ones, she did so with a radiant smile that lit up the room. Her laughter was contagious, and her presence brought warmth and joy to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In addition to being a devoted mother to her 2 children and a doting grandmother to her 4 grandsons, Nadia was a cherished friend and confidante to many. Her genuine kindness and compassionate nature endeared her to all who crossed her path, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were touched by her love.
While we mourn the loss of Nadia, we take solace in the knowledge that her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved. Though she may no longer walk beside us, her love will continue to guide us, providing comfort and strength in the days ahead.
