Nic was born on December 23, 1996 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was a 2015 graduate of Novi High School where he was a member of the football team. Nic was an adventurous person who enjoyed SCUBA diving with his Dad, learning to play various instruments and listening to music, drawing, camping and any outdoor activity. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends. With his Dad, Nic participated in construction and remodeling projects. He was an avid video gamer who above all enjoyed his time spent with family and friends. Nic's intentions were to always make others laugh and smile.
Nic is survived by his father, Carlos Chavez, mother Bobbi Markusic, sisters, Alicia Chavez, Carla (Ryan) Rychlinski, Maurena (Jon Rocha) Chavez; nephew, Eli Rychlinski, niece, Emma Rychlinski. Grandparents, aunts and uncles also survive.
Friends may visit on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 West Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, and on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:30 p.m.
