Beloved wife of 62 wonderful years to the late Melvin "Bud" Stevens. Loving mother of Sheryl Stevens and Keith (Denise) Stevens. Cherished grandma of Thomas Charles “T.C.” Lester, Scott Lester, Karen (Ryan) Ries, Joe (Jessica) Oliver, Matt (Jenny) Oliver, and Marc (Amanda) Stevens. Dearest great-grandmother of Grayson, Jameson, Olivia, Ava, Max, Knox, Layke, Hazel, Huxley, Violet, Oscar, Nora, and Ruby. Norma is preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Abigail Watson, and her sister Joyce Weber.
Norma Jean Stevens was a treasure trove of love and laughter, leaving behind a legacy that's as warm as a sunlit afternoon on the golf course. She wasn't just a golfer—she achieved the feat of a hole-in-one 7 times, sharing friendly banter and a touch of competition with her late husband, all in good fun.
When she wasn't chasing that elusive perfect shot, Norma found her joy in the simple pleasures of life—cards, games, and the company of family. Whether it was a round of bridge or another lively game, her laughter filled the room, making every moment memorable.
But above all, Norma's heart swelled with pride and love for her family. As a mom, grandma, and great-grandma, her love knew no bounds. They weren't just her relatives; they were her world, the stars in her sky. Her kindness, laughter, and warm spirit will be dearly missed, but the memories of her vibrant personality will forever live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in eternal peace.
