Born on October 15 in Detroit, Rick lived a life defined by kindness, laughter, and devotion to his family. For 41 wonderful years, he was a loving husband to his wife, Patti, and together they raised two children, Anthony and Gina, who were his greatest pride and joy.
Rick dedicated 39 years of his career to Ford Motor Company, where his loyalty earned the respect and admiration of many. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple things he loved most; spending time with family, deer hunting, and working on cars (especially his Mustang Mach 1). Known as “Mr. Fix-It,” he could often be found tinkering with plumbing, electrical work, or appliances, always ready to lend a hand.
He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, easygoing nature, and the way he made everyone feel welcome.
Rick is survived by his beloved wife, Patti; his children, Anthony (Kevin) and Gina (Derek); his grandchildren, Hayden, Milo, Jude, and Brody; his father, Tirigi; his sister, Mary Jo (Randy); and many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine.
A celebration of life will be held at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 W Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a brief service beginning at 11:30 AM. Luncheon on-site to follow at 12:00 PM. Please join us to gather, remember, and honor the life of Rick Galli.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick’s honor to the Emily Ann Griffin Foundation. Rick was the biggest cheerleader for his granddaughter Hayden who’s living with special needs and nothing would bring him more joy than helping other families in need.
