Stephen A. MacDonald

Stephen grew up in a large family with 13 siblings. He moved to Sarnia, Ontario and worked for CN Railroad. In 1963, he transferred to Detroit. He was hired at Ford Motor Company Truck Plant in 1966 and retired in 1998.

Stephen was the loving husband of Jeanne, whom he married in 1983. Beloved father of Michael, Michelle (the late John), Monica (the late David), Mathew (Maritza), Maria, and Maurice. Dear step-father of Rick (Judy), Danny, David, Donny, and Beth (Tim). Cherished grandfather of Nathan (Nicole), Jason, Justin, Jenna (Drew), Tyler, Alex, Caitlyn, Ashlie, Stefan, Mathew Jr., Brielle, and Cassie. Loving great-grandfather of Connyr, Gabriel, Kylie, Adelyn, and Noah. Dear brother of John (the late Lena), Don (Sue), Katherine (Doug), Mike (Helen), William (Carol), Sally (Tom), the late Anne, the late Florence (the late John), the late Don, the late Blaise, the late Laughlin (Cathy), the late Francine (Archie), and the late James.

Visitation Monday, December 12 from 2-8pm, with a Rosary Service at 6pm, at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Road in Livonia. Funeral Mass Tuesday, December 13 at 12pm (in state at 11:30am) at St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh Road in Livonia. Memorials can be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
