Thomas Mirabitur

Beloved husband of Judy for 46 years. Proud and loving Dad of Lynne (Doug) Wolyniak, Thomas (Shelly) Mirabitur, Beth (Matt) Looney and Chris Kapelanski. Amazing poppa of Stephanie, Easton, Christine, Brittani, Cade, Eve, Brooke and Sidney. Brother of Edward (Mary Ann), Reynold (Margaret) and the late Joseph (Rita), Victor (Midge), Mary (Vincent) and Betty (Richard).

Thomas was an active employee for 35 plus years in Local 324 Operating Engineers. Thomas enjoyed bowling, fishing, gardening, being outdoors and walking in Hines Park with his dog, Pepsi. He had a true passion for the game of golf. He loved classic cars, was a member of the Ford Mustang Club and owned a 1965 Mustang convertible that he proudly restored to beauty. He was also at the very first Woodward Dream Cruise. Thomas was a family man and loved spending quality, fun time with his grandchildren. He will be missed by all that knew him including his long term friends from elementary school.

Visitation Tuesday 1-9 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Rd. in Livonia. Vigil service Tuesday 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Funeral Wednesday, in state 10 am until the time of Mass at 10:30 am at St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh Rd. in Livonia. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
