As children, Tony, Kathy, Debbie and Tim were such fun during frequent family gatherings. Cousin Tony was always the clown - we Sanom kids enjoyed his wit and charm. As we grew up, our life choices and events moved us to far corners of the earth, but those childhood memories remained. 
  Over the years, I have seen my cousin at weddings and funerals and other family functions. He always greeted me with warmth and love,  no matter how long we'd been apart. I know he grew to be an important man in the lives of his family and his coworkers, not to mention his church. But my memories are of Tony, the funny, happy boy of my childhood. 
  Blessings to all the family and friends he leaves behind. We pray he is at peace now.

Our condolences to Tony's family and loved ones. He was the ultimate family man and inspired his children to succeed in every way.  His deep faith gave him strength to endure health challenges and the untimely loss of Karen, his beloved wife, with dignity and grace. I am grateful for his support in my obtaining a position at Detroit Diesel where he spent much of his work career as a department manager in the Engineering Laboratory.
His distinguished presence will be missed but his legacy lives on.  I trust he is in the presence of his loving wife for eternity, sharing the joy of their thriving family.

My sincere sympathy to Tony's family and friends with his loss.  I'm sorry I couldn't attend either the wake or his funeral mass since I only became aware of his death a few minutes ago.  The grief of his passing can be assuaged by the idea of his reunion with his beloved Karen.  May he rest in peace.

When we were kids, Tony could always make us laugh. Although we lost touch over the years, I will never forget his infectious laughter and our times together at the holidays at Grandma and Grandpa Sanom's house. Blessings to you, dear cousin, and to your amazing family .

I'm so sad to hear about the passing of my dear colleague and friend. I worked for years across the hall in another department from Tony and he would support our development work continually. He was extremely personable, and you could always tell him by his infectious laugh and mannerisms. I actually had the pleasure of meeting his very young son Tony Jr., years ago at breakfast with Tony. He told me he wanted to become a doctor. My wife was also very saddened when hearing the news. Our prayers are with Tony and his family, and we can be comforted knowing he's with his wife and with Our Lord.

I am so sorry to learn that Tony has been taken from us here on earth, but we take comfort in believing he has been welcomed through the gates of heaven. May the Holy Spirit comfort you, his loving family, and give you peace in this difficult time.

I worked with Tony at Detroit Diesel for many years and knew him as a person of excellent character, a real team player and a gentleman. When he supervised the engine laboratory technical support staff, I could count on him to make the difficult things I needed done possible through creative thought and action. He may have initially responded to my out-of-the-ordinary request with "not possible," but after some thought he made an alternative proposal that got the job done! He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

My dearest Uncle Tony, 
I have the best memories of going to Uncle Tony’s and Aunt Karen’s house as a child. I always knew it would be the greatest of days! From basement jump zone, to walking past the creek to the park, the doll presentations and always sitting at the piano trying to learn to play. Thank you for always instilling God into my soul. I love you! May you rest in peace and you will be missed.

Tony and Karen were my godparents. We go wayyyy back. I converted to Catholicism in 1994 and handpicked them to be my role models because they both model the humble, hard working spirit of Christ to a “T”. Tony sharp wit and sense of humor always made me laugh and feel good about life. I feel so blessed to have  a man like Tony to call my godfather. Rest in well deserved peace, sir. <3

Mr. Bozaan was a good neighbor.  I enjoyed visiting him when I was in town. He was so proud to have a large family and share photos.  I mentioned how I had a lucid dream that to me confirmed his wife was in heaven. He told me he knew that but it's lonely without his partner.  I offer my condolences to the family. I am out of state and won't be able to attend the funeral.

The lucid dream was that I knocked on the door to come hang out with Randy like when I was young. Mrs. Bozaan answered the door and said come on in. As I walked past her it was like the shining where in my head I heard oh he doesn't realize... So I walk in the family room and everyone was like who let you in. I responded your mom did. There was some doubt at first but then Randy said I believe you. Then the dream ended. Hope that provides some comfort and encouragement of heaven is real and life after death.

Dear Tony, Laura, and family,

As difficult as it maybe I know for sure he would want us all to spread joy and peace in the lives of those around us. May we follow his exemplar, so that he may continue to smile upon us in his heavenly home.
