Katikos, Zaharoula “Roula” passed away October 16, 2015 in Livonia, Michigan at the age of 89 surrounded by devoted family. She was born in Tropaia, Greece and has lived in the Detroit area since 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Katikos and brother, Alex Bageris. She is survived by her children, Paulette (Spiro) Karatsinides, Paul (Marge), and Ted (Tina); brother Andrew Bageris and sister Christina Sophianopoulos. Loving grandmother of Nicole (Levi), J.T. (Ashley), Pantelis (Stephanie), Dimitri, Andreas, James, Zachary, Lisa (Shawn), and John; and great-grandmother of Drew and Dylan.
Visitation Sunday, October 18 from 3-8pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road in Livonia with Trisagion prayer at 7pm. Funeral Service Monday, October 19 at 11am at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 39851 Five Mile Rd, Plymouth. In state at 10:30am.
