In loving memory of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother who passed away on January 29,2016 at University Hospital with his loving family by his side. Jake was survived by his loving wife Shirley. Cherished father of Sue (Kerry) of Ilderton. Proud Poppa of Stacie Jeffrey (Mark) and great-grandfather of Caleigh. Loving brother to Marie, Joe, Pat, Rick (Kim), Don (Kim) and the late Mary Lou, Barb, Nelson, brother-in-law Bill and sister-in-law Donna. He will be greatly missed by all the people that he touched in his life. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9 pm Thursday February 4, 2016 at Needham Funeral Home 520 Dundas Street London, Ontario. The funeral service will be held Friday February 5, 2016 at 12:00 pm.We would like to thank the wonderful care and compassion received by the nurses at University Hospital.
