Peacefully passed away at Victoria Hospital on May 14, 2017, in her 78th year. Ruth Anne was predeceased by her beloved parents Cora Mildred Stephenson and Roy Murray Stephenson. Ruth Anne was a special cousin to the Allcorn and Foote Families. Many thanks to her many kind caregivers from Participation House and her large circle of friends who have made Ruth Anne’s journey truly remarkable. Their support and devotion to Ruth Anne over the years has been extraordinary. Special mention to Stacey Sutton and Betty Bannerman who have been at Ruth Anne’s side throughout her entire journey. Visitation will be held in the Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas St., London) on May 17, 2017 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm with the Funeral Service to be held in the Needham Funeral Chapel on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at 3:30 pm., with Valerie Hodgins officiating. Private family interment at Victoria Memorial gardens in Windsor. In Lieu of flowers donations to Participation House , 620 Colborne St, London, would be appreciated.
