Survived by loving mother, Jeanie San Jose; loving brothers, Raymond Jr. Jon, Joseph, Kelly and Bobby; loving sisters, Kim and Tami; many nieces and nephews and extended family. Jeffrey was born in Long Beach and graduated from Wilson High School in 1987. Visitation is Thursday, 4-6 p.m. at Luyben Family Mortuary. Funeral Mass Friday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church.
