Jessie O. Parra was born in Los Angeles, CA on June 18, 2015 to Ernest & Maria Ortiz, with her family by her side, she peacefully went to the Lord on May 3, 2015 in Whittier, CA. Predeceased by her husband Leroy; brothers: Abel Ortiz & Ernesto Ortiz & sister: Mary Ortiz Chavez; Jessie, is survived by her loving sons: Ismael M. Parra; Ernesto ( Norma) Parra & Fidel Parra. She leaves her legacy on this earth through her 9 grandchildren, & is also survived by her brother: Tony (Eileen) Ortiz & sisters: Ernestina Chavez, Belia Sanchez, Lucy Gamino & Margaret Chavez. Jessie will remain in the hearts of all of her family & friends.
