Win was born in Ste. Amelie, Manitoba Canada to Thomas and Mary Spencer on May 3, 1920. She lived in Lakewood, CA 55 years. Win was widowed from her late husband, John James Hickey June 29, 1987 and preceded in death by daughter, Shannon Eilleen; sons, Thomas Spencer and Kevin Patrick; and sister, Marguerite Theresa Spencer. She is survived by sister, Ellen Josephine; daughter Maureen (Frank), son, John (Luba); daughter, Elizabeth (Marc); son Michael (Kim) as well as 14 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
