Mike was born June 21, 1959, in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from Antelope Valley High School in 1977 and following that served in the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy, he worked in construction for many years, most recently for Progression Drywall.
Mike was always a friend to many, known for his personality and sense of humor. He was a hard worker, and despite falling on hard times, he still looked out for others. Before his death, he had become sober and began making important amends with his family and children. He will be missed dearly.
Mike was preceded in death by parents, Roger and Sylvia; and step-mother, Helen; as well as his younger brothers, Scott and Brett. He is survived by his children, Christopher, Joshua, and Michelle (mother Jo Ann McKenzie), their spouses and seven grandchildren; son Jonathan (mother Cathy True); and his siblings, Karen (Ansell), Steve and twin brother Mark.
