Alma Lynn Stroud, age 94, passed away on February 24, 2026, in Frisco, Texas. He was born on November 2, 1931 in Waterloo, Arkansas to Almer & Clara Stroud and was raised in Overton, Texas. Lynn graduated from New London High School in 1949 and later joined the United States Air Force. He married Joyce Ann Thibodeaux in 1956 and the couple had 3 children. He was a Postal Carrier in Texas where he worked for more than 30 years.
In his spare time, Lynn enjoyed fishing, gardening, raising cattle and spending time with his family. His family and friends will always remember him as a hard working, fun loving person.
He is preceded in death by his mom and dad, brother and sisters, a grandchild, and his loving wife of 69 years, Joyce Stroud.
He is survived by his 3 children, 10 grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren, and a few great-great-grandchildren.
