David Husband

David Husband passed away October 20, 2011 after a lengthy illness.

David was born January 25, 1937 in Call, TX and was a longtime resident of White Oak, TX. He was a member of Grace Fellowhip Church in Kilgore, TX. David was a US Army Veteran, active in the Republican Party of Gregg County and the Gregg County Genealogical Society for many years, and was retired from Rexam Can Company. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be greatly missed by his family. All that knew him, knew of his great love for the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Jesse Husband, and a brother, Paul L. Husband.

David is survived by his loving wife, Lillian; daughter, Evelyn Jahn and husband Karl of Altenstadt Germany, son, David Husband and wife Jacquie; daughter, Connie Smith and friend, Chris Laastad; grandchildren, Carina Periac; Melissa Periac; Susanne Periac; Tyler Husband; Jake Husband; Noah Husband; Angie LeGrand and husband Joe; Michael Tucker and wife Amye; Josh Tucker and wife Bonnie; Lacy Landreneaux and husband Brandon McCloskey; Jennifer Williams; 7 great grandchildren; brothers Earnest Husband and wife Suzanne; James Husband and wife Mava; sisters, Ida Jones; Polly Woods and husband Dick; Wanda Bluhm and husband Wally; Paula Monse and husband Richard; Matilda Brown and husband Danny; RickyeAldaco; and numerous nieces and nephews.
