Itasca Jane LeJune was born on March 15, 1943, in Carthage, Texas, to William Addie and Bonnie Bell Pitts.
Itasca was known for her infectious laughter, warm heart, and her kindness touched all who knew her. She had a passion for reading and attending church. Loved spending time with her grandchildren Emma and Sean and her great-nieces Marley and Ella.
Itasca is survived by her only child, Michelle Eagan and her son-in-law Billy G Eagan II of Nacogdoches, Texas and her two grandchildren: Emma Marie Eagan and Sean Thomas Eagan. Her two nephews Kevin Wayne Pitts and his wife Erin of Beaumont Texas and Jonathan A. Walling of Fayetteville Arkansas and niece Ashley Pitts of California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Thomas Cleveland Pitts and his wife Ellen Constantine Pitts, William Henry Pitts, sister Betty Sue Walling and her husband John A Walling.
