Janet Florence, 90, of Longview, TX passed away April 13, 2015 at a local hospital. She was born June 23, 1924 in Milton County Georgia, near Fulton to Willie and Martha Hardeman. She was an executive secretary for companies in the Atlanta, Georgia area before marring Maurice Florence. She was a member of the Greggton First Baptist Church and was an avid bridge player.
She is survived by a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons, John and Paul and 9 siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Moore officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
