Nancy was born December 3, 1947. She married Floyd Mitchell and together they shared her three children; Charlene, Gilbert, and Jackie.
Mrs. Mitchell was a Homemaker and delighted in spending her time baking, crafting, and volunteering with Ambucs; she enjoyed making shirts, aprons, and wreaths.
Nancy was also dedicated to serving her home church of over fifteen years, Trinity Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Floyd Mitchell; and her mother, Mae Sellers. She leaves behind her children, Charlene Kinnaman, Gilbert Villa, and Jackie Mitchell; grandchildren, Michael Ross, Dakota Ross, Aaron Ross, Nakoa Villa, and Nicole Villa; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Betty, Barbara, Sandy, Robert, and Joe; as well as many, many friends who will cherish her memory and hold her in their hearts forever.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX 75604. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church, 5041 Estes Pkwy, Longview, TX 75603.
