Richard Aaron “Boomer” Bruney, 54, of Longview, Texas passed away on June 23, 2013 at a friend’s house. He was born on October 23, 1958 in Jonesboro, Louisiana to Louis Bruney and Clydie Mae Foster Bruney. He served in the U.S. Army during the late 1970’s in Germany. He loved Nascar and anything that has to do with racing. He is survived by his daughter: Rikki Bruney of Virginia; Father Louis Bruney of Longview; mother: Clydie Bruney of Wiggins, Mississippi; sister: Crystal Schossow of Saucier, Mississippi; a number of cousins, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX.
