Annette C. Schwartz was born in the Los Angeles area in 1921, and except for a brief period in the 1940's lived her entire life in Los Angeles. She passed away at home on September 29, 2010. In 1941 she married Morton Schwartz for a happy marriage which lasted almost seven decades. While raising two children she finished a degree at UCLA with honors in history. She worked in the personnel department at Cedars of Lebanon hospital (now Cedars-Sinai) before returning to UCLA to earn a teaching credential. She taught for years in the LAUSD. She is survived by her husband of 69 years and two children- Lennie (Faith) and Janet. Arrangements under the direction of Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Mortuary, Los Angeles, CA.
