Faith Moran Heinemann, 92, of Malibu, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her beloved family. Born in New York, she moved to Los Angeles County 55 years ago. She worked as a consultant for about 20 years for the United States Government in the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and was Chief of the Los Angeles office. Faith earned her PhD when she was 65 years old. She was a prolific artist and will be remembered for her creativity and her love of animals. Her artistic family history includes famous artists, Thomas Moran, her great uncle, as well as John Trumbull.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dave Mautner and her second husband, Albert Heinemann; and two children, Bruce Mautner and Susie Mautner.
She is survived by three loving children, Kathleen Mautner, Michael Mautner and Patrick Mautner. She is also survived by her two daughters-in-law Kimberly Mautner and Betsy Mautner; four grandchildren - Belle, Matthew, Jordan and Ian, and three great grandchildren, as well as other dear family members and cherished friends.
