

Arthur was born on November 16th, 1948 in Bronx, New York, to Arthur Browne Sr. and Priscilla Vivian Stovall.
At the age of 18 he became an ordained minister. Arthur married Deborah Angela Abdin on December 19th, 1970 and the couple had five children together.
What made Arthur Browne truly remarkable was his profound compassion for humanity and love for God. Anyone that has ever been in contact with him he’s helped in some way. His presence stood out from the rest. He had a witty sharp brain, bright smile and a warmth that will forever be missed.
He was a giver, whether it be a kind word, an encouraging scripture or helping hand, he was there. His keen attention to detail has allowed him to take on many different endeavors. He pursued perfection in everything he did. He painted homes and buildings. His love for the arts allowed him to be apart of media projects and theater. As a photographer, he photographed many weddings and took thousands of photos of people over the years. He was rarely spotted without his camera. His deep love for God and righteousness will forever impact everyone that he has encountered. Always with God in the forefront of his mind, he lived a righteous life. You can truly see that God is within him. His perseverance, long suffering and unwavering faith will stand a testament for all of us.
Arthur is survived by his children, Jennifer Bertagna, Aaron Browne, Candace Browne, Jessica Browne and Alex Browne. As well as his grandchildren Cypress and Jasmine Bertagna, Norah Saraj, Yasin Ali, Suriah Saraj, Isa and Adam Ali. He also has serval extended sons and daughters, Christoper Bertagna, Enereida Moreno Browne, Abdalla Abdelmageed, Ahmed Ali and Shuang Li.
