Barbara Carlock

August 11, 1942 – October 17, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Barbara who left us on October 17, 2024. She was 82 years old.

Born in Woodville CA to Elsie Sparks and Roy Cleaver, Barbara was a shining light in our family. Known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love, she touched the lives of everyone she met. We are certain many of you can remember a time when you attended an event and Barbara had decorated the cake. She was passionate about ensuring every detail was perfect and loved the happiness she created with the art of her decorating skills.

Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, mentor, and friend and they meant the world to her. She is survived by her three daughters Susan Bray, Debra Roberts (Kenny) and Donna Baldwin (Jack), her husband Gary, her seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and she was preceded in death by her parents, nephew Tony, and her grandson Ashley.

A celebration of her life will be held on November 9, 2024 at 11:00am at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park. A reception will follow at Morro Bay Community Center,1001 Kennedy Way, Morro Bay, CA 93442.

She will be deeply missed but will live on in our hearts and memories.
