Born on 1/31/90 in San Luis Obispo, CA, left this earth in Los Osos, CA on 9/4/15.
Kelly was known for being a deep thinker with a quick wit and humor. And quite the actor growing up. He had a very strong sense of justice and loved the idea of policemen, medieval knights, army soldiers, military might, fighter pilots, as he grew. He loved martial arts, airsoft, paintball guns, and target shooting and had excellent hand-eye coordination. He was proud of his Security Guard Certification target scores, years in the making. He was known as the Cat Whisperer with awe; loved Asian food and was quite talented in cooking it. When he could ride his motorcycle in the county, he was at peace. He was quiet, kind and respectful in his restaurant service and delivery jobs and was a very generous tipper in kind. He battled depression for many years but just could not find his way through those dark woods back to his kingdom. Please help your own battered heroes to stay in their fights to reach the light. God's mercy is greater than we allow. Kelly – you are so missed and will always be "my favorite son".
Survived by his mother, Alice Turpin and father, Dennis Bailey (Kerry), the Ketterer family of NY and the Bailey family of CA.
