Mary Monica Bowen Stuart passed away peacefully on August 25, 2022 at the age of 98 in San Luis Obispo, California. Mary was born January 27, 1924, in Pierre, South Dakota, the second youngest of six children. She was predeceased by the love of her life and husband of 76 years, John S. Stuart. She is survived by her three children, Jan McCusker (Pat) of Porterville, California, Jill Ziegler (Tom) of Flagstaff, Arizona, and Jay Stuart (Judy) of Fresno, California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Our Mom and Mama was the glue that held our family together, as Dad used to say. She will be always loved and forever missed. We rejoice that she is reunited with Dad and back in his arms again.
