She devoted her life to not only raising her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren but their friends and the neighbor kids. Mimi’s door and kitchen were always open to anyone.
She loved cooking and baking and enjoyed sharing her dishes. Holidays and celebrations were always so important to her and she made sure anyone who had nowhere to go knew they could come to her home.
She was selfless, funny, strong, independent and straight forward. She loved gardening, joking, reading but above all she loved her family.
She is survived by her daughters Susan Watson-Lee (Lance Lee), Jannette Gallaher (Jim Gallaher), Nicole Watson, Nancy Watson, Natalee Watson. Her grandchildren Ricardo Diaz and Jakob Gallaher. And her great grandchildren Layhton Watson-Lee, Steven Watson-Jordan and Maximus Watson-Jordan. And her beloved fur babies.
Although she isn’t here anymore physically, the spirit of Mimi’s kitchen will stay open forever!
