On August 26, 1964, Regina Antoinette Frazier, affectionately known as Toni, was born to Sondra and Donald Frazier in San Luis Obispo, Ca. She was the second child of four and the oldest daughter. She attended San Luis Obispo High School when she had her first child, Ray Sean Dukes, in 1981. Three years after Ray Sean’s birth, Toni had another son, Rasheem Frazier, in 1984.
Toni lived life on her own terms, something many never get to experience. She never met a stranger and had many friends. She adored her family and had a deeply profound love for her mother. Her relationships abounded with laughter and joy despite the unexpected complications of life. Her absence has created a void in the lives of her loved ones that will be felt forever.
She was the proud grandmother to four grandchildren, Jennette Frazier (Texas), Arianna, Kameron, and Aiden Frazier (California). She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Frazier; her grandmother, Florene Banks; and her first grandson, Nathaniel Frazier. Her life is remembered by her mother, Sondra Dukes; her sons, Ray Sean Dukes and Rasheem Frazier; her siblings, Chris and Robin Frazier, and Amber Kimble; and her grandchildren. She leaves behind a myriad of family and friends, who will remember her carefree nature.
