Jackman, Alan Ray, 75, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Alan was a native of Louisville Kentucky, born to the late Carlos and Thelma (Penland) Jackman. He was a faithful member of Buechel Park Baptist Church. Alan was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was known for his immaculate attire and warm smile.
He is survived by his wife, Judith; daughter, Karen Morgan (Tom), from Walls, Mississippi; and stepsons, Anthony and Jerry Drayer; and brother, Ronald Jackman (Judi). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Thomas, Jennifer, Charles, Anthony, and Angelique; and 5 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 10:00am at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd., Louisville Kentucky, that will conclude in the chapel. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
