Albert L. "Woody" Wood, 90 of Louisville, passed away on December 29, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a World War II veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Naval Ordinance and loved woodworking, especially making bird houses.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Audrey Morgan Wood and a daughter, Brenda Sue Wood.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 68 years, Juanita Faye Wells Wood; daughter, Linda (Ed) Ames; grandsons, Gaylinn and Richard Ames, and was a inspiration to his special neighbor, Aubree.
All services were private. Entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
