Alberta Fritsch Haynes

She was born November 24, 1922 in Louisville, the daughter of George and Minnie Fritsch. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gilbert Haynes; a sister, Virginia Harmon; two brothers, Paul and Bud Fritsch; two nieces, Pauline Mueller and Lois McCleavy.

She worked as a financial secretary for various local churches, and was a member of Lyndon Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory a niece, Louise Gatewood; a nephew, Scott Fritsch; sister-in-law, Nadine Fritsch; her caregiver, Doris Gohde and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Alberta’s Life will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons, 1201 E. Oak St. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 – 8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
