Stevenson, Alice Sue, 69, entered into eternal rest on October 5, 2016. Alice was a loving and friendly woman who never met a stranger. She loved to listen to music and attended Walnut Street Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lennie Hardin and Pauline Stevenson; sisters, Helen Mitchell and Linnie McGill; and brother, Hardin Stevenson Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sisters, Wilma Emmitt, Bertha Stevenson, Brenda Stevenson, and Peggy Motley (Ray); several nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and great, great nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be Sunday at 1:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
